Personal retreats: I offer three-day personal retreats for one or two people. This is an opportunity for a deep dive: to hold intention and space for an area of difficulty, a sticking place, or a holding pattern that is ready to be released. An established awareness practice is essential prior to this experience. We make a plan together for the structure of the days, including silent meditation time, individual sessions, movement, and meals that fit your dietary needs.
