This is what I believe: we are all here to love as well as we can ... each other, all beings on the earth, the earth itself. We are here to evolve so that the barriers to loving fall away, so throughout our lives we love more boldly, with more clarity, with a deeper knowing that we are all one.

On my personal journey, coming to live from embodied presence and listen to the wisdom of the body has been an extraordinary shift. I was caught in the mind, the need to figure everything out and analyze endlessly. My work as a therapist often felt overwhelming as I carried a sense of responsibility to “figure out” for others, which of course isn’t possible. The path of awareness and allowing is freedom. Allowing myself to be as I am, a learner still learning life’s lessons … allowing others to be as they are, and reflecting the goodness and beauty I see at their core … it is my longing to live consistently from this place. Not as one who knows the answers, but as one who walks alongside, supporting access and trusting each one’s own knowing. I hold space and steadiness and hope. I have confidence in this path.
