Mirador Retreat Details and Registration Page
Summer Retreat, July 24-28, 2019
Mirador Retreat, Crawford, Colorado
Mirador Retreat is a 105-acre wildlife refuge with an adobe home and beautiful gardens in the midst of a high desert juniper forest with views of the West Elk Mountains. There are several options for group gatherings and also trails for solitary walks and reflection. I have done personal retreats at Mirador for several years and appreciate the spacious stillness of this land Rita has tended for more than 25 years.
Please review the Mirador website for information and about the location and photos. Rita will prepare organic meals which will be planned based on needs of participants. Lodging is available in Crawford, just minutes away from Mirador. Costs vary depending on location. Please consult with Cynthia as she has reserved rooms in two locations with special rates. Beautiful camping locations are also nearby.
The registration fee for this retreat is $200, which covers meals (healthy evening snack Wednesday through lunch Sunday) and a facility fee. Lodging costs are separate. The teachings are offered freely. According to the longstanding spiritual tradition of generosity, participants are invited to make an offering within their means. A Dana basket will be provided at the end of the retreat to make freely given offerings.
Commitment to this retreat must be for the full time period. We will gather at 6pm on July 24, and the retreat will close with lunch on Sunday.
Registration fee is $200. Cancellations before July 3 will receive a refund of $150. Refunds after July 3 are not refundable unless your space is filled, or in exceptional circumstances.
Scholarships are not available for this retreat as costs are fixed.
